Delivering a Net Zero Climate-Resilient UK: are we on track?

July 27 @ 10:00 am

Chris Stark of the Climate Change Committee will be giving a talk at the University of Exeter on the UK’s progress towards Net Zero and how well the UK is adapting to the changing climate. This is a joint event by the Global Systems Institute and the Met Office Hadley Centre. Chris Stark is Chief Executive of the Climate Change Committee, the UK’s statutory climate advisers. Chris led the Committee’s work to recommend a ‘Net Zero’ target for the UK – and has developed detailed advice on the path to carbon neutrality. He speaks regularly on the urgent need to confront climate change. More details about the event and in-person or online event tickets can be found here.
